Ben Tre Limousine -Tickets and online bookings

Pickup location in DaLat was very unclear and we circled the bus station for 2 hours, going back and forth between bus terminal and the pickup location given. Nobody at the bus station had ever heard of the company. When we had booked another bus, and had wifi again, we realized that they apparently had been waiting and could not find us and left. So make sure you have an internet connection and check your emails regularly in case you can‘t find it! However, bookaway was really helpful! They respond very quickly, and handled our issue very professionally and kindly. Although the operator refused it, they refunded 100% of our ticket. Awesome service bookaway!

The limousine was very neat and the driver drove carefully. We had 3 short stops which was convenient. The driver did not speak English. The two seats in front are quite narrow, but the other seats are very comfortable.
