Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily recognize their ride or driver as the driver will be wearing a company uniform and the vehicle will feature the company's branding. Additionally, travelers can head to the company's counter or ticket office for assistance. If the pick-up location is at an airport or terminal, the specific arrival hall and gate number will be provided, ensuring a seamless meeting point.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, passengers can take the next bus or minivan at no additional fee if their flight is delayed. However, it's important to check the availability of seats on the next bus. For private pickups, details regarding the driver's waiting policy and potential fees if the flight is delayed were not provided.

Baggage and special items
