Quick, safe and comfortable. Bus was a bit old and tired

Viaggio veloce e in sicurezza. Ho dovuto cambiare due vetture. Avevo prenotato uno sleeping bus invece è arrivato un van e poi a tre quarti del percorso una macchina. L’autista dell’ultimo mezzo mi ha gentilmente accompagnata fuori dall’hotel.

Booking process was very good and efficient. Follow up communications were very good with details of bus and departure times being communicated well. Only issue was it was not clear if bus was 22 or 32 seater. I found itbwas a 32 only when i enter the bus. For bigger person the 22 seater is a better option.

Overall things run smoothly. The staff at the depot in Saigon were brilliant and the bus controller helped out when needed and was smiley. The bus was reasonably tidy although worn. There was a little confusion about departure points and this seemed to be a surprise to most passengers. I guess this all came down to the language barrier.
