Hanoi to Sapa
The trip was good but the company did not come pick us up at airport at time we were told to meet. We had to call the company and it was 30 minutes late to pick us up and then we waited another 30 minutes before we left. Also the bus did not provide headphones that worked with the TV. Other than that the experience was great.

This is the way to go. Saves SO much hassle. Picked up at the hotel, delivered to bus, smooth ride with a rest stop, water and a snack. Delivered to speed boat, taken by car to hotel. What could be easier? Nice staff. Highly recommend.
