Finding your ride
- General pickup information: Travelers can easily identify their ride or driver as the driver will be in a company uniform and the vehicle will be branded with the company's colors and name. Additionally, travelers can head to the company's counter or ticket office. At airports or terminals, specific details on the arrival hall and gate number for meeting the ride or driver will be provided.
- Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if your flight is delayed, you can take the next bus or minivan without any additional charge, provided there are seats available on the next vehicle. For private airport pickups, details regarding wait times for drivers and potential fees were not provided.
Baggage and special items
- Bicycles: Bicycles are allowed on board if they are foldable. An additional ticket needs to be purchased for the bicycle.
