It was my 1st time riding a cabin bus it's nice to have that kind of mode of transpo. eventhough it's a 6hrs drive from Hanoi going to Sapa it's okay since the bed is spacious,clean,the bed itself has a massage system on it so it makes you feel relaxed. i will definitely recommend it to my friends

The bus is cofortable and i had a good sleep to sapa. I appeciate that they send the day before a message for confirmation and the name of the hotel. The day itself i recieved the pick up time. Good organisation. There is no toilet on the bus so think about that before you get on 😊

I reserved a bus from Hanoi to Sapa with an 11:00 AM departure. The company conveniently picked us up from our hotel that morning. While the bus departed at 11:30 AM, there was a 90-minute delay in our arrival at Sapa, the company kindly dropped us off at our hotel there. The television needed a USB connector, and didn't show any movies on board. A massage function on the bed was a pleasant feature, although the seat only reclined fully and didn't offer a seated position. The seats could benefit from more thorough cleaning, as crumbs and stains were present. The bed itself was quite comfortable, and the curtains and blinds were effective for sleeping. A bottled of water and wipe were provided but no snacks. While there were no onboard toilets, the bus stopped at rest stations every two hours; however, each restroom visit required a 3,000 dong fee. Overall, this was a satisfactory bus, and the hotel transfers were the primary reason I would consider booking again.

Excellent service, they even provide pick up and drop off service at no charge.
