El autobus era estrecho pero cómodo, cabíamos bien en nuestros sillones cama y habia cargador usb para el móvil. En mi asiento no se podia cerrar el aire acondicionado y en el otro el cinturon de seguridad no funcionaba.

The sleeping bus was super. It depense just by the way of the drivers kind of driving if you can sleep! But: there was a stop at 5:30 in the morning where we had to chance the bus from sleeping to a normal bus! Nobody expect that because there was no info! and bus should start at 17:25 but i think the real time of starting was 18:30 because many people arrived later. So i think they can right the correkt time in internet. No problem and travelers can use there time better!

Our trip was from Sa Pa at 7:00 am to Ninh Binh. The driver didn't send any confirmation WhatsApp message about the license plate or any information in the morning. A guy on a motorbike came at 7:05 am to check our tickets and the local taxi took us to the bus. (For free) We should have left at 7:00 am, but we left at 7:30 am. However, we arrived at our destination on time. Throughout the trip we had many short stops for picking up and dropping off some packages and one stop for the bathroom. Last 30 minutes we had to change from the sleeping bus to the car. Overall, the whole trip was fast and safe. I recommend it.

The departure time was wrong. We had to wait 1h15 to get our bus. But the bus was very clean and comfortable. The staff was a bit rude with us and others passengers.
