Quang Hanh -Tickets and online bookings

Bus was on time and very clean. Drivers do not speak English but are very helpful to tourists. We did not find the bus on departure terminal but they were searching for us. My wife did not fealt so safe at the break stop, which was old fashioned and chaotic.

The driver was ok, he droves safety. Big place for legs.

Shaky but good enough ride

I arrived at the station and went to the office to convert my e-ticket to a yellow slip/bus ticket. The bus arrived at departure time so we were a little late leaving, although the boarding process was smooth. My cabin was clean and came with a blanket. We were also given water and a snack before the journey began. WiFi was good and the drive was generally less bumpy than my previous experience. Although the driver used the horn a bit too much making it an effort to fall asleep. The toilet was very dirty and overflowing with nowhere to wash hands. Overall, more than value for money and would do it again.
