For those picking up rides at airports or terminals, specifically at Surat Airport, the meeting point is at Gate 1 for shared transfers.
- Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, passengers can board the next bus or minivan without any additional fee if their flight is delayed, provided they notify the staff at the counter on the same day. For private airport pickups, drivers can wait for passengers without additional charges, but it is necessary to inform the staff about the delay. In specific cases, such as between Surat and Donsak, there may be a fee of **1,000 baht** for private delays.
