Ferry on time and bus too. Well guided by the staff all day long.

I honestly had a very pleasant experience the whole way through. Other than a little mix up when getting my physical ticket for the bus to Surat Thani, where they told me it was fully booked and I didn’t have a ticket, the lady made sure I got a seat and ultimately the bus wasn’t that full so I got a whole row to myself. The transfer between the buses is a little bit crazy but they get everyone to the ferry on time. The ferry was super full (I went the day before a full moon party), but it’s all part of the experience. Don’t expect a nice seat, you might have to find a corner or floor to seat at. Again, it’s part of the adventure in my opinion. And on the way back it was even smoother. Ferry was pretty empty since I left a few days after the full moon party, and had a row of seats to sleep in. And once at the pier, they help you find the buses to take to get back where you need to go. Buses stop a few times on the road to eat, use the restrooms, stretch your legs. And there’s AC so it’s a nice ride.

Viaggio tranquillo. Partito un po' in ritardo. Un po' lento come velocità. Niente di grave
