- Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, the possibility of taking the next bus or minivan is dependent on specific conditions including applicable fees. Regarding private airport pickups, drivers can wait for passengers for up to 2 hours if their flight is delayed. For any additional hour beyond this, a fee of 300 baht is charged. Passengers must inform about cancellations at least 2 hours in advance to avoid this fee.

- Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board at no additional cost, but it is required to inform in advance.
- Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.
