7/10 war ok
Overall the service was absolutely fine, although there are some things to consider when booking.
Pros:
Very comfortable seats that fully recline, I was able to sleep the majority of the way (but I would recommend bringing your own pillow for extra comfort)
Aircon was almost too good, I was cold at points, but you are given a blanket. I wish I’d packed a hoody or extra layer.
Food given - however this is only a sweet bun so come prepared with additional snacks. If you are travelling from Mo Chit there is also a 7/11 there so handy for getting before boarding coach.
Cons:
Staff do not speak English so at times you will have absolutely no idea what is going on! Trust the process
You can apply for the visa at entry, no need to have Evisa approved ahead of travel.
I booked a coach that was due to arrive at 5am, we did not arrive until 9am so clearly timings are not sold correctly (there was an issue with the coach that caused 1 hour delay, but not sure about the other 3 hours lost).
Apart from only having one ticket instead of two it was fine. It took 30 minutes to sort out the confusion and created a lot of anxiety.
Great ride. I loved the bus- well conditioned, very comfortable seats. All in all very well organized.
The bus was perfect
Hat alles super geklappt, leider keinen Anschluss um das Handy zu laden.
