Very cold in the bus, but the provided blankets, rear doors opened from time to time automatically. Bus came 45 minutes earlier than scheduled

Booking through this website was a simple and clear experience, the only way to improve would be to give information about how to pick up tickets at the station - this would potentially be a tricky thing to do in a country like Thailand though. Also, it would have been great to know that a meal was free at the stop. The bus, however, was atrocious. Old, falling apart seats can be expected but these were really uncomfortable for such a long journey as the padding had clearly been worn out. The bus struggled to get up the smallest of hills! After leaving nearly an hour late and struggling to get through the journey we arrived at our destination about 2 and a half hours late! Being late can happen, but when you’ve been on the bus for 13 hours and end up arriving at 10pm it can really impact what you can do when you arrive somewhere.
