Muy contentas con el servicio. Viajabamos tres chicas y nos proporcionaron toda la informacion antes de recogernos referente al turismo y conductor. Tuvimos la suerte de tener a Santiago como nuestro conductor. La comunicación fue excelente en todo momento y muy puntual a la hora de recogernos . Nuestro recorrido fue desde Guatemala City a Chichicastenango, tres horas de camino en el que agradecimos la experiencia del conductor al volante, pues es un camino de montaña. La minivan muy bien cuidada y comoda para ese tipo de recorrido. Santiago en todo momento muy amable y discreto, proporcionandonos la informacion necesaria para asegurarnos un bonito viaje. Altamente recomendable.

Bei unserer gebuchten Tour gab es ein Problem, aber bei Tursana hat man dies sofort gelöst. Zunächst hat man uns einen freundlichen Taxifahrer geschickt, der uns sicher ans Ziel gebracht hat. Sehr kulant bot Tursana uns eine weitere Fahrt an. In einem geräumigen und bequemen Minivan wurden wir pünktlich von einem sicher fahrenden Chauffeur an unser Ziel gebracht!
