Bangsal to Lembongan trip was running a little late but the staff were amazing. Got a safety briefing before we left and provided bottles of water throughout the trip. Don't believe negative reviews this is a fantastic cheap option for travelling between the islands. There's no aircon but there is fans and you are able to sit up top or out the back. I will definitely be using this company again as i have used more expensive services and had some very bad trips. Also they don't charge extra for surfboards.
