Friendly and careful driver, clean car, pick up service.

Well organised bus transfer. Once you get off the train, the kiosk to sign in is clearly visible as you exit the gates. We booked the 12pm bus but I think they have various buses running throughout the day - we had arrived almost 1.5 hours early and they got us on a bus within 15 mins. FYI, they will send you in a 5 minute taxi first to get stamped out of Malaysia, and then you get on the bus which drives another 5 mins to stamp into Thailand (you get back on the same bus afterwards). This confused us a little bit as we weren't sure if we should take our bags / get settled. All smooth sailing after we checked into Thailand. Spacious comfy bus as well.

Information to find driver and get through customs was very clear.
