Finding your ride

Travelers can easily identify their ride or driver as the driver will be wearing a company uniform and will be waiting with a sign bearing the passengers' name. Additionally, the vehicle will be clearly marked with the company's colors and name. For pickups at airports or terminals, travelers can meet their ride or driver within the arrival hall.

Baggage and special items

Motorbikes are not permitted on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is not allowed.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with visually impaired travelers.
