I paid for the ticket. However BookaWay never issued the ticket!!! POOR SHOW!

When I arrived at the Azam office they rejected the booking and ticket from your site. I asked for a refund and still no news

Rejected as a scam. Not allowed to board!!!!!!!!!

Its a fraudulent company. Never book wirh BookwYa. We lost all the money we oaid to this company via their fraudekent site. I have reported to the Police in Dar es Salaam and in Arusha. I will post the results but stand warned its a fraudelent company. I have postsd the same on all booking sites

It was a truly amazing experience a smooth ride and a a very comfortable seats and space, after booking business class I was informed it dosent exist so that option should not let me me book, and I was given economy tickets which I didn't mind just waiting for the the refund

The ferry ride was pleasant and an unforgettable experience. However, there should be english-speaking staff on board to assist/translate for the passengers who need guidance.
