It was an enjoyable trip! The only constraint was the chaotic atmosphere at check in and checkout terminals! Need to improve services of luggage handling, immigration and insurance processing. Poor internet services make it impossible for the passenger to process ZIC insurance onboard consuming time and turning the checkout into a nightmare! Amenities onboard need to be improved in Royal Class including maintenance of TV screens, beverages and food. . With all these in order this would be a world class experience. Asante sana!
