Language and communication

Both the counter staff and the driver speak English, ensuring clear communication for passengers.

Finding your ride

Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the vehicle is distinctly marked with the company's colors and name. Additionally, the company counter or ticket office serves as a meetup point for passengers. Please note that there is no airport pick-up service provided.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are allowed on board with an additional fee of 30.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are allowed on board with an additional fee of 50.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs are not allowed.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board.

Pet policies

Pets are allowed on board, but there is a $50 fee for pets kept in a cage. Pets must be contained within a cage at all times during the journey.
