Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily identify their ride or driver as the driver will be dressed in a company uniform and the vehicle will feature the company's branding and colors. Additionally, travelers may head to the company counter or ticket office for assistance. If picking up from an airport or terminal, specific arrival hall and gate details were not provided.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickup services, if a flight is delayed, passengers can opt to take the next scheduled bus or minivan. There is an additional charge of RM10 for this service.
