Language and communication

All staff, including counter personnel and drivers, are English-speaking to assist travelers effectively.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride as the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the passengers' name.
• Pickup delay: At the single arrival area of the airport or terminal, it is easy for travelers to locate their rides or drivers. For shared airport pickups, passengers can take the next bus or minivan without any additional fee if their flight is delayed. The price remains the same in such scenarios. For private airport pickups, the driver can wait for passengers throughout the day without any extra charges, even if the flight is delayed. However, if the passengers arrive the next day, an additional charge will be applied.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board, although an additional fee is applicable. The fee depends on the space occupied by the bicycle.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes may be allowed on board if an entire van is rented and prior notification is given. There is an additional fee of **Php2,000.00** for bringing a motorbike onboard.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is not allowed.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are allowed without any amendment fees.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print both their ticket and the confirmation email before boarding.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board.

Pet policies

Pets are allowed on board only if passengers rent the entire van. There is no additional fee for bringing pets as it is included in the price of the van rental. Pets must be kept in a cage.
