Extremely well organized. Comfortable air con interior. My. only concern was that the driver kept correcting his route dramatically and it made me feel like he was not paying attention???

The ferry seems quite new. It is safe and fast. It took us 3 hours from Gili to Sanur, including a stop at another port.

Very good trip! I know it depends on the wether, but no waves and the crew was so nice

So otherwise the boat was ok it had working AC so thats a big plus as some other companies we went with advertised AC and there was nothing but open windows, so thats a bonus. The sea was calm so my opinion is limited here we were lucky. Our boat engine died twice once for about 20minutes and once for 10 so we were floating in the middle of nowhere. In case od bad weather who knows what that would turn out but in our case it did. Maybe look for less cheap options in bad weather forecast.

Lots of crowds but efficient how they organise it
