Nice and friendly drivers.
An advice would be for the agency/drivers to contact the customer before the meeting time for extra assurance. Had a bit of an anxiety when i couldn't find the driver and the pickup location was mixed up. Bookaway posted one thing but the driver was at another, so I'd suggest to double check via email prior to pick up especially if its at an open public location like the Train Station. Had to call the main travel agency to get in contact with the driver the pickup time of. It all worked out in the end but would be worth requesting that ahead of the pickup date to be sure where you arrive.

Finding your ride
