We booked the ticket from India and did not know the price of 1st class ticket and ended up booking 4 1st class ticket for 15,000 and the original price is 2000 per ticket. We found our the price when we reached the station. Usually every agencie will charge a small percent as commission not 100% cost of the ticket . This is fraud and cheating .

We wondered if the trip from Nanu Oya to Ella would take place as there had been a landslide due to heavy rain, however, it went ahead as planned albeit a little late. The views were incredible, really breathtaking. This is definitely a must do trip. Make sure you get to the station with plenty of time as it can be a bit chaotic and book an early train as even if delayed you will still be travelling in daylight.

I didn’t use the tickets due to the weather conditions there as there was land slide warning also . I deserve the refund for the tickets , kindly do the needful

Very special trip its a must we booked the first class so you have the view from the open doors between the cabins The only negative part was a delay of 45 minutes
