Very disappointed and would like a refund. I paid for a shuttle Minivan to pick us up at our B&B and arrangements for pick up was changed 3 times. Last change was made by the shuttle company @4:00pm the day before. We now had to find a ride to get to the shuttle and put on a bus full of passangers with stops pick up stops in between pick up and train station. We missed out train and had to change all our arrangements. Please confirm that a refund will be issued .
