Bus ticket booth ladies was very nice and helpful. I had to take off my shoes to get into bus so bus and seats felt clean. There was a toilet to use and a water bottle with blanket. Seat might be a bit short for tall ppl but overall experience was good 😊 ( If you have a big backpack and you don't want to leave it in the cargo area, it might be a bit tight_ I had to put my one leg on my backpack to fit it into my seat )
