The bus was 40 minutes late, and the driver was shouting down the phone for a lot of the journey.

Very nice trip, more comfort then Sao Viet bus and cheaper ;) everyone had a double bed to themselves

Reservation and booking team are very supportive

It’s a tight squeeze in the cabins for two people and your only allowed a very small bag on with essentials (there isn’t space for more) everything else is put in the bus storage area. There is decent privacy and if you don’t mind the tight squeeze it can be comfy. If your really tall then you might struggle a bit.
