Both the counter staff and the driver speak English, facilitating easy communication for travelers.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the vehicle is branded with the company colors and name. Additionally, assistance is available at the company counter or ticket office. If the pick-up location is at an airport or terminal, the specific arrival hall and gate number for meeting the driver or finding the ride will be provided.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if your flight is delayed, it's possible to take the next available bus or minivan. For private airport pickups, should there be any flight delays, the driver can wait for passengers, though fees might apply under certain conditions. If a fee is applicable, specific fee details will be provided.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are allowed on board, subject to an additional fee which varies depending on the size of the bicycle.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are allowed on board with an additional fee of 2,500 RP.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passenger name changes are permitted after booking approval. There are no charges for changing the name, however, changing the gender may incur fees which are not fixed.
• E-Tickets: Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are permitted to consume only water, soft drinks, and snacks on board.
