Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with visually impaired travelers.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are allowed. A fee of 10% applies for changes made before departure, and a 20% fee applies for changes made after departure.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print their tickets but do not need to print the confirmation email.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board.

Pet policies

Passengers are allowed to bring pets on board, however, there is an additional fee which will be decided at the terminal. Pets must be kept in a cage during the trip.
