Finding your ride
Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the passenger's name. Additionally, the vehicle will be branded in the company's colors or with the company's name. If the pick-up location is at an airport or terminal, the meeting point is outside the arrival terminal, where the driver will be holding a sign with the passenger's name.
Baggage and special items
Bicycles:Bicycles can be brought on board at no extra cost, whether in standard or private transfer services.
Motorbikes:Motorbikes are not allowed on board.
Accessibility and assistance
Wheelchair accessibility:Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available.
Guide dogs:Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with visually impaired travelers.
Booking and Amendments
Name Changes:Name changes are permitted after a booking has been approved. A name change can be made up to 24 hours before departure.
E-Tickets:Passengers are not required to print their tickets or the confirmation email.
