• Pickup delay: Travelers can meet their ride or driver at the specified arrival hall and gate number for airport pickups. If a flight is delayed, passengers opting for shared airport pickups can catch the next bus or minivan for an additional fee. For private pickups, the driver can wait for passengers if their flight is delayed.

Baggage and special items

Bicycles are allowed on board; however, there is an **additional fee** for this service.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is not allowed.
