Language and communication

Travelers can expect English-speaking counter staff to assist them. However, the driver may not speak English.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the vehicle is branded with the company colors and name. Additionally, assistance can be found at the company counter or ticket office.
• Pickup delay: Travelers can meet their drivers at Surat Thani Airport, specifically at the main exit door outside. For shared airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, passengers have the option to take the next bus or minivan for an additional fee, which is the full normal price. However, for private airport pickups, drivers are unable to wait for passengers if they are delayed.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are allowed on board for an additional fee ranging from 200 - 300 THB.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passengers can change their names after a booking has been approved at no additional cost.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board.
