The experience I had with Seatran was great. The land transfer to boat transfer was so seamless 🤩 The customer service was so helpful and even they even changed the schedule for my refunding tickets without any extra changes cos my flight got rescheduled. Definitely a returning customer in future ;)

Good and fast ferry. Check in in Phuket smooth, fast and well organized. Ferry is a bit outdated but worth the price

It was a Great Service! We were picked up on time. The car was clean and the driver even took us to the pier so we found the right pier and didn't have to wait in line. The return journey on the ferry was bumpy. The ferry was late and we had to walk through the water with our luggage to a speedboat. AO Nang could do something about the organization. But this is clearly not the fault of the provider here. The return trip was great. The driver was there despite our delay and was waiting for us with a sign with our names on it. He drove us quickly to our hotel, polite driver. We were very happy with the service.
