Finding your ride

Travelers can easily find their ride or driver as the driver will be wearing a company uniform and the vehicle will be branded with the company's colors and name. Additionally, travelers can head to the company counter or ticket office for assistance. For pickups at airports or terminals, riders should meet their driver at the Airport Express Bus Terminal.

• Bicycles: Bicycles are not allowed on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

• Wheelchair accessibility: wheelchairs are not allowed.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are permitted. A fee of RM10 applies for each name change.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print both their ticket and the confirmation email before boarding.
