Departure point in Phu Quoc wasn’t clear. But we correctly guessed it was the Cau Tau pier. We also needed to know the exact number of our ferry to get the correct one. Our ticket told us to arrive an hour before, but boarding didn’t start until much later and we could have arrived just moments before departure. Very efficient boarding. Helpful staff, even helped with our large suitcase. Free water. Comfy reclining seats. No nausea in-spite of rough seas.

The driving was very safe, and he took excellent care of us. We felt completely at ease and had a very pleasant long-distance drive. Thank you very much.

The staff on the dockside were absolutely lovely. We wanted something to eat and drink so the guard lent us his scooter to go to the end of the pier! We had seats in the front “lounge” section. However when a group of men came in on multiple phones playing music and watching multiple loud tv shows, I had to move. That was no problem as there were so many empty seats.

Superdong is the most reliable and on time also excellent service very friendly staffs.
