Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as they will be waiting with a sign bearing the passengers' name. For airport pickups, at Suvarnabhumi, travelers should head to gate 4, where the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the client's name. At Donmuang airport, domestic travelers can meet their ride at gate 11. International travelers will receive updated information later regarding their pickup point.
• Pickup delay: For private airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, the driver can wait for passengers for up to 2 hours without any charge. If the waiting time exceeds 2 hours, a fee of 300 baht per hour will apply.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board at no additional cost. However, it is necessary to inform in advance to ensure proper arrangements for the vehicle type.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes cannot be brought on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is available on vehicles.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passenger name changes after booking approval are permitted. These amendments are free of charge but need to be made at least **1 day** before the travel date.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.
