Absolutely fantastic service from the Trang An Limousine company! Our sleeper bus arrived late to Hanoi and they still managed to get us to Trang An quickly and efficiently. We arrived in the Ninh binh/Tam coc area and then another driver was waiting for us and took us straight to our accommodation. Brilliant service and would recommend booking them!! The team were very helpful and friendly. The limousine itself was comfortable, stylish, had a water bottle provided and a massage button in the chairs!

No complaints whatsoever about the ride. The drivers were courteous and punctual and drove well (nothing scary for those unaccustomed to Vietnamese traffic). There were 2 transfers one after the ten or so passengers were collected in the Tam Coc area and the other when we were dispersed into Hanoi. I was picked up at my hotel in Tam Coc and delivered to my hotel in Hanoi in about 2. 5 hours. Which is excellent. Only complaint was the online booking process. I never received any confirmation my trip was actually booked and in fact was on my way to a travel agency to book the same transportation ( the following day) when I received a WhatsApp text notifying me of the pickup time. I responded with a question and no answer. Then I prayed they would show up and they did. (Minus one star for the communication). Despite that issue the cost of the ride was a bargain. I would book them again and do recommend the agency.
