Finding your ride

Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the vehicle will be branded with the company's colors and name. Additionally, assistance is available at the company's counter or ticket office.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board for an additional fee, which will be determined at the port terminal depending on the size and destination.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are allowed on board, subject to an additional fee. The specific fee is determined at the port terminal and varies based on the size of the motorbike and the destination.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Vehicles are wheelchair accessible.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with visually impaired travelers.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passengers are allowed to change the name on a ticket after the booking has been approved. However, any changes can only be made once and are subject to the fare rates prevailing at the time of the change.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print their tickets but do not need to print the confirmation email.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board.

Pet policies
