Seats were very comfortable. The bus was on time. Everything Perfect.

Very convenient and good value for money

Good bus. Great reclinning sits. But there's something you have to know. There's no company called Trans El Cisne so, when you get to the bus station, tourism police will tell you (as they have done to me) there's no company so called. But, yes, there is a bus for your trip. You have to get to a counter in wich they confirm your etickets are ok. The counter in the bus station has the name of TITICACA avove, as the bus of the picture. The company who finally get to you from Puno to Copacabana is called Titicaca Tour or something similar. They do it very well and is easy to pass the border from Perú to Bolivia.

Bus classique, pas beaucoup de place pour les jambes, sinon plutôt confortable pour un trajet de jour. Ponctuels

Driver very kindly let me in the bus as I had booked through el cisne but was linked to the same company!
