The bus is tidy with inclined comfort chair. Toilet is available inside bus ans well as USB charger. The missing is wifi.

Overall is good although we arrived late by 1 hour plus due to slow traffic entering Arequipa.

The bus was on time, clean, comfortable until the upper deck was without air conditioning. The hostess? was aware of this issue and did not report to the driver until a passenger banged on the driver's door to let him know it wasn't working.

Not a good experience, to be honest. I woke up very early to take the bus at 5h30. When I arrived at the station, the women was not nice. She told me there was no space for me on the bus even though I had a ticket. She changed my ticket for a bus 1h30 later. Instead of a direct bus, I had to take 2buses and wait 1h30 for the second one. The second bus was awful, there were not seatbelts, my seat was broken, and it took way longer than planned.

Very confortable ride from Puno to Cuzco. We slept all the way through.

Very comfy seat and temperature of bus. Very good value for money! I slept in the bus like a baby :)
