Language and communication

All operators provide English-speaking staff at counters and drivers to assist travelers effectively.

Finding your ride

Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as drivers wear a company uniform and vehicles are branded with the company name and colors. Additionally, assistance is available at the company counter or ticket office.

Baggage and special items

Motorbikes are not allowed onboard. There is no additional fee since motorbikes are not permitted.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Vehicles are wheelchair accessible.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes are not allowed once a booking has been approved. There is no amendment fee applicable because changes to the name on a ticket are not permitted under any circumstances.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print both their ticket and their confirmation email before boarding.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board.
