Language and communication

Both the counter staff and the drivers are proficient in English, ensuring smooth communication for travelers.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the passenger's name. For pickups at airports or terminals, the driver will meet the travelers at the specified arrival gate or hall as noted on their flight ticket, which must be informed in advance.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, it is possible to take the next available bus or minivan. For private airport pickups, the driver can wait up to **2 hours** for passengers if their flight is delayed.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are not allowed on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are not allowed.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are permitted. There is no amendment fee charged for changing a passenger's name.
• E-Tickets: Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.
