A great boat trip, fast and comfortable. Everything neatly arranged and neat boat with good air conditioning and chairs. And easy to book online, then good communication regarding departure location and time.

They have good boats and good quality standards. They follow their clients properly to ensure that they reach the departure location comfortably within due time. They provide water too. Comfortable ride.

Very easy, I actually slept the whole way but it was quite choppy. The AC was good too and they gave you water. It says that check in closes an hour before departure but realistically you only need to get there 30mins before

The ferry was awesome. Super modern, super safe. Luggage was kept dry inside, real toilets by far the best looking boat (in it wouldn't sink) of all the ones coming and going at the harbour. Super comfy with air con too. Would def book that again The transfer from the port in Bali to the ubud hotel on the other hand was only ok. The van was fine, but it did some very out of the way stops so that a journey which would have been 1. 5 hours took 3 hours. Would have booked a grab if I had known that
