All was perfect. Our trip was cancelled due to engine failure and maintenance and they returned the money within 2days! Impressive!

Bangsal to Lembongan trip was running a little late but the staff were amazing. Got a safety briefing before we left and provided bottles of water throughout the trip. Don't believe negative reviews this is a fantastic cheap option for travelling between the islands. There's no aircon but there is fans and you are able to sit up top or out the back. I will definitely be using this company again as i have used more expensive services and had some very bad trips. Also they don't charge extra for surfboards.

Everything was perfect, good instructions, and always safe.
