Good price/quality ratio, boarding and landing almost on time, smooth trip, kids felt fine. The ferry is old, not enough space between rows but it was my conscious choice to save vs more expensive and comfy options. For 2-hours transfer is ok but wouldn’t choose this one for longer trip. The staff at the reception desk were great! Unfortunately, because of lack of staff, people in the front of the boat, controlled the air conditioner, and they kept turning the vents off and not allowing the cool air to get further back on the boat.
