Language and communication

All counter staff and drivers are proficient in English to assist travelers effectively.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be in company uniform and the vehicle will be clearly marked with company colors or the company name. Additionally, assistance can be found at the company counter or ticket office.
• Pickup delay: Travelers can meet their ride or driver at the Airport Express bus terminal. For shared airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, passengers can board the next bus or minivan for an extra charge. The additional fee for a delayed flight is 16 SGD

Baggage and special items

Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs are not allowed.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are allowed. A fee may be applicable for name amendments, and specific conditions regarding how long before travel a name change is allowed should be checked.
• E-Tickets: Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are not allowed to eat or drink on board.
