The counter staff at the service locations are proficient in English to assist travelers effectively. However, the drivers do not speak English.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can locate their ride or driver as the vehicle is branded with the company colors and name. Additionally, assistance can be found at the company counter or ticket office. For those picking up at an airport or terminal, the specific meeting point is Phuket International Airport, domestic terminal, ground floor exit 3. Passengers are required to wear a mask and present a passport at check-in. In Phuket town, the meeting point is at the old Phuket bus terminal.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, passengers can board the next bus or minivan for an additional fee of **Full price**. For private airport pickups, the driver cannot wait for passengers if they are late.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair users have access to vehicles, ensuring inclusive travel options for all passengers.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.
