Excellent Ferry service. The boat was great, but more importantly, the staff were phenomenal ! They helped load my suitcase on and off the boat. They were also very personable. This was my first ferry service in Thailand. Unfortunately, I booked with another company leaving Koh Lanta and I instantly regretted it when I saw how bad the other company was. If you want great service and a nice boat, I would definitely recommend this company.

We booked a 12:30 but ahead of time and got there early, and they got us onto the 11:30 boat! That was nice. It was so quick and easy getting to our hotel on north Koh Phi Phi. Definitely recommend!

Pickup delay:For shared airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, passengers can take the next bus or minivan at no additional cost, provided that they inform the service provider at least one day in advance. This policy also allows for transportation by ferry without any extra charges.
