Return bus journey from Kuala Lumpur to Cameron Highlands. Both journeys were really smooth, stopped half way (about 2 hours in) for a toilet break. Drivers were safe and drove well. Buses were on time and service was excellent!

Great service and hospitality. It saves you a lot of time at customs.

From start to finish, the worst service. The transfer van from Prangin Mall to Sungai Nibong was 30 minutes late and we missed the bus by 15 minutes. So we had to wait 90 minutes for the next bus. The driver made two stops to smoke and talk within 20 kms after leaving Ipoh. He often drove one-handed while talking on the phone. Fast and erratic on the curves up to Tanah Rata. When we arrived (90 minutes late), the driver sat in his seat and smoked while the passengers had to open the cargo doors and retrieve our own luggage. Never will book with CS again.

The initial leg from Penang to the Cameron Highlands was a bit confusing. I did not realize that wife and I had to take a Grab/taxi to the main bus terminal that is 35 minutes away. (We stayed in the Georgetown area). Fortunately, the Grab ride was cover by the booking. It would be nice to be notified of such arrangement beforehand.

Unfortunately the coach was delayed about an hour but apart from that it was a comfortable smooth trip. The coach was very clean but there were no refreshments on board.
