Basic clean professional and extremely good value would use again

They will communicate by whatsapp. Make sure you wait at the meeting point from whatsapp. Bus arrived on time 10 earlier. The seat is decent with two water bottles. The ride is fine with bumpy. Overall this is a good trip.

It was easy enough to find the pickup point to board the bus. Each cabin is just large enough to fit 2 smaller persons. One cabin is meant for 2 persons as there is a slight bump in the middle of the bed, making it a bit uncomfortable for one to lie in the middle. It's not a big issue, though. The good: USB charging port worked, a bottle of free water and a blanket was supplied, free wifi, and a friendly driver who drove decently.

Good and reliable driver. The downside of our trip to Sapa was the duration of the ride which took 8 hours 30 minutes. Other than that the bus was mostly clean, seats were okay, and bus was on time the way back.
