The counter staff at the ticket operators speak English, however, the drivers do not.

Finding your ride

Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be waiting with a sign bearing the passenger's name. This is applicable both at the company counter or the ticket office. For airport or terminal pickups, the meeting point is the main arrival door where the driver will have a sign with the passenger's name.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are not allowed on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs are accommodated on the vehicles.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with visually impaired travelers.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: You can change a passenger's name after a booking has been approved. Name changes are free of charge if made more than 24 hours before travel. If changes are made less than 24 hours before travel, no amendments are allowed, and no refund is provided for no-shows.
• E-Tickets: Passengers do not need to print their tickets or the confirmation email.
